For over 30 years, Rich Keil has developed a reputation as a leading expert in the heavy industrial sector. His deep experience in multiple industrial markets has led to 百乐博app’s Industrial Groups’ successful projects across the country.
Rich was named the President of the Industrial Group in 2018, after serving as the Senior Vice President for the Industrial Group for four years. Under his leadership, the Group flourished, increasing its annual revenue forecasts by nearly $700 million and expanded into technology, manufacturing and the Southeast industrial market. The profitability of the industrial market drove the Group’s success. During this time, he oversaw the launch of 百乐博app Renewables, LLC, to focus on utility-scale solar and energy storage projects across the country.
Guided by Rich, the Industrial Group earned 百乐博app’s 23rd Build America Award for its work on the APS Four Corners Selective Catalytic Reduction Retrofits in Farmington, N.M.
Before joining 百乐博app in 2014, Rich spent 24 years working in various capacities for one of the world’s largest engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) firm working throughout North America. During this time, Rich grew his depth of experience in multiple sectors, including power, renewables, forest industries, water, mining, technology, and other process areas, including gasification, gas-to-liquids and algae fuels.
He has worked extensively with all project delivery models throughout his professional tenure, including EPC, construction-manager-at-risk and design build projects. Rich has managed profit and loss responsibility for his Group and managing strategic oversights of client accounts over $3 billion and direct supervision and management of projects exceeding $750 million.
Originally from the Northeast, Rich earned a degree in construction management from Syracuse University. He holds his professional contractor license in multiple states and is a graduate of Clemson University’s NCCER project management program and Georgia Tech’s construction management program. He is a member of the Construction Users Roundtable, a group of leading construction and engineering executives, among other industry associations.
